Details

• Led the company from inception at no revenue to $300M annual revenue, serving over 150,000 patients annually across 16 states.

• Worked with various stakeholders (pharm, payers etc)  to close gaps where others could not access and held onto those areas while gaining new geography along with marketing to areas that were previously untouched.

• Secured exclusive agreements with PBMs, healthcare plans, and manufacturers, managing 15 Limited Distribution Drugs (LDDs) across 16 states. Worked with Payers, Pharma, PBMs and Physicians to expand growth and access while achieving YoY P&L growth.

• Created in-house propriety methods for distribution, fulfillment, Prior Auth access, physician prescribing to tailor an add value. Grew business without virtually no outside vendors. Siloed and protected without dependence on others to keep standards and quality above industry standards.

• Used Federal and State laws to gain access to specialty networks, LDDs, and create market share which were formerly closed off to non-vertically integrated PBMs

• 15X EBITDA from 2010 to 2022 by optimizing operations and implementing strategic initiatives. Received accreditation in Specialty Pharmacy for URAC & ACHC.

• Delivered uninterrupted services during the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating resilience and leadership. Achieved 99% employee retention and 98% provider retention. Increased top line revenue by 50% during 2020 -2022.

• Achieved unprecedented valuation in a successful private equity acquisition in 2022
